All prices quoted on the ResultOne web site are in US Dollars.
ResultOne products are for delivery in the US only, except for the
Suspension Assistant Software Package. The Software Package is
downloaded or emailed in a zip file.

Shipping Information

If shipping is required for the product you order, a UPS tracking
number or USPS confirmation number will be sent to you in an email
message. Shipping is via UPS ground or USPS which generally
requires 3 to 7 business days for delivery.

If your order does not arrive within the time specified in the email,

Returns and Refunds

Suspension Assistant Software

ResultOne will not accept returns on opened software unless

the software is defective. Defective software can be exchanged.

No refund or exchange after 30 days from date of purchase.

Original shipping charges are not refundable on returns.

palmOne™ Handhelds

ResultOne will not accept returns on opened handhelds. Once

you open the box containing the handheld device, you MUST

year manufacture warranty. In the event that the handheld is

defective, needs to be repaired or replaced, contact

palmOne™

for return and refund policies regarding their

products.

Methods of Payment

ResultOne uses PayPal for all online purchases. PayPal accepts
Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. PayPal no longer
requires that you create an account with them to make online
payments.

If you prefer not to order online, call ResultOne at 719-531-9657. We
can accept your Visa or MasterCard over the phone.
